It is a service made available by SEPE (State Public Employment Service) for companies acting on their own behalf and for companies and professional associations acting on behalf of third parties, to communicate data about their workers, replacing the face-to-face delivery of documents.
How can I access Certific@2?
For its use, you must have authorization for telematic transmission of data to Public Employment Services.
It can be obtained as defined in the Contrat@ application or using an electronic signature that has been issued by one of the certification authorities.
What is Certific@2 used for?
Certific@2 has the following uses:
- Transmission of registrations of workers affected by Employment Regulation Files.
- Transmission of communications of activity periods and other situations produced during the validity of campaigns of permanent-discontinuous workers or during periods of work suspension or reduction of ordinary working hours, authorized by Employment Regulation File.
- Transmission of company certificates of termination of employment relationship.
- Query of company certificates sent.
- Prior transmission of data on collective dismissals, suspension of employment relationship and reduction of working hours, provided for in Order ESS/982/2013.
