Commercial code

A Commercial Code is a text that contains commercial law regulations. It is responsible for regulating commercial and mercantile relations in a certain territory.

In Spain, the Commercial Code that regulates Spanish commercial legislation was approved by royal decree of August 22, 1885 and published in GACETA no. 289 of October 16, 1885.

Although it is a text with many years, it is reviewed and updated every so often, since commerce has changed a lot since 1885 and regulations must adapt to the circumstances of the present time.

We hope this information is very useful to you.
