Proforma invoices are commonly used in international trade and for this reason must meet certain requirements:

• Its header must contain the title “proforma” in a very visible way.
• It must contain your identification as a supplier and that of your client.
• It must contain description of the products or services you sell and their unit and total price.

That is, the minimum information so that your client understands what will be invoiced in the final invoice.
