To be able to electronically sign a document, you need an electronic ID or a digital certificate. Digital certificates are issued by Certification Service Providers.

You can sign a document with digital signature in three different ways:

1. Download a program on your computer: In this case you can sign without Internet connection. You can find information about available programs and download them here.
2. Sign on the Internet: Forms or applications from the Public Administration already allow it. You can also sign your own documents using VALIDe. In this case you need to download a component that works with the browser.
3. Using an online invoicing program that allows you to issue electronically signed invoices.
