Edicions Ciutat Vella is a small family business located in the center of Barcelona, with headquarters also in Paris.

Edicions Ciutat Vella was born in Paris in 1967, where it began to make its way reproducing posters of the great Jazz musicians who performed in the city.

This activity later led to the reproduction of artworks such as French poster art (their great specialty) and many of the works of the great painters of all time: Picasso, Van Gogh or Klimt among others. All of them reproduced in multiple formats: postcards, magnets, bookmarks, posters,…

For me the best thing about FacturaDirecta is being able to work from anywhere, I constantly travel to Paris and being able to work in both cities has been a great advantage.

Currently they have also diversified their business by creating a new brand, bufandastore.com. An e-commerce that is being very successful especially in Europe.

We went to visit them on a Wednesday before lunch and they opened the doors of their brand new warehouse for us. A place full of details where we could have spent hours.

We had an interesting chat with David, who in addition to telling us about the challenges of his business, told us about his experience with FacturaDirecta.

David also told us that in the past they used Excel templates to make invoices, and that this had given them some problems, especially to keep the formulas error-free. He was especially happy to never have to work with them again.

It was a very pleasant chat and we felt at home with Dani, Elvira and David.
