Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?
Nothing on FacturaDirecta’s side: it’s included on every plan, including Free. Some assistants require a paid plan to add your own connectors; in ChatGPT, for example, Plus or higher.
Which assistants can I use?
Claude and ChatGPT, as well as Grok, Mistral’s Le Chat, Perplexity and any other assistant that lets you add your own MCP connectors. If you code, also Claude Code, Codex or Cursor. They all connect with the same URL: https://mcp.facturadirecta.com.
What is MCP?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard AI assistants use to connect to other apps. FacturaDirecta has its own MCP server, which is why a single URL is all it takes.
What can the assistant see of my company?
Whatever you authorise, and never more than your user can see. You choose the companies and permissions when you connect, and change them whenever you want in “Connected apps”. FacturaDirecta Classic companies can’t be connected.
Can it make mistakes?
Like any AI, yes. That’s why its answers come from your real FacturaDirecta data and link to each document, so you can check what matters in one click.
What happens to my data?
The FacturaDirecta server acts as a bridge: it looks up what the assistant needs to answer you, without storing your data or reading your conversations. What the assistant does with its answers is governed by its own privacy policy; in its settings you can decide, for example, whether your conversations are used to improve its models.
