How to connect it
- Open ChatGPT's pluginsOn ChatGPT on the web, open the plugins page and choose to add a custom MCP server.
- Add FacturaDirectaPaste the URL
https://mcp.facturadirecta.comand choose OAuth as the authentication. - Authorise accessSign in with your FacturaDirecta user and review the permissions you grant.
- AskChatGPT can now look up your data. If you work with several companies, it will ask which one to use.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
Nothing on the FacturaDirecta side: the connection is included in every plan, including Free. In ChatGPT you need a plan that allows custom connectors.
Can ChatGPT change my data?
Yes, if you ask it to and grant write permission when you connect: it can create and update invoices, estimates, contacts, expenses and more. The tools that change data are separate from the read-only ones, and ChatGPT asks for your confirmation before using them. With read permission only, it can just look things up.
What does ChatGPT see of my business?
The same as you: the companies and data your user has access to. The server does not store your data or read your conversations. More details in the MCP server guide.
