The FacturaDirecta app for Shopify automatically creates the invoice for every order, in the series you choose, marks it as paid in your bank and, if you want, sends it to your customer. You just review.

One invoice per order
Every new order in the store generates its invoice in FacturaDirecta, without copying data by hand.
Paid into your bank
If you choose a bank, invoices are created already paid into it. If not, they stay pending until you confirm the payment.
In the series you choose
Use a dedicated series for the store (with the year if you like) and find its invoices at a glance.
Sent to your customer
Optionally, FacturaDirecta emails the invoice to the customer as soon as it is created. You can also create them as drafts to review them first.
With your customer's tax ID
Shopify does not always ask for the tax ID (NIF): the integration looks for it in the order’s address fields and, if it finds one, creates the customer with it.
Test with past orders
Import up to 50 orders from the last 60 days and send any of them to FacturaDirecta to check the result.
How to connect it
- Generate the installation URLFacturaDirecta gives you the installation URL for your store.
- Install the app in ShopifyOpen the URL and confirm the installation from your store’s admin.
- Connect your accountWith a FacturaDirecta API key and your company ID, the app is connected.
- Choose how invoices are createdBank, series, draft or final invoice and sending to the customer. From then on, every order has its invoice.
Frequently asked questions
Are the invoices VeriFactu compliant?
Yes. Invoices coming from Shopify are FacturaDirecta invoices like any other, and VeriFactu treats them the same way.
Can I review invoices before issuing them?
Yes: turn on the option to create them as drafts. Only final invoices are sent to the customer.
Do I need a Zapier account?
No. The Shopify app is a built-in FacturaDirecta integration and does not depend on Zapier.
What if I lose the API key?
FacturaDirecta only shows it once when you create it. If you lose it, delete it, create a new one and connect the app again.
