Yes. You schedule a query or a report for every Monday or every 1st, choose the period (last month, the current quarter, the year…) and the format, PDF or Excel. It’s calculated on the day it’s sent, with your permissions, and goes to your user’s email. How to schedule it (in Spanish).

Yes, if you give them access to your company with their own user: they see the reports their role allows and can save and schedule their own. The reports you schedule come to you. And you can download any report as PDF, Excel or CSV to send it to them.

It doesn’t combine your data with other software: the reports work with what you record in FacturaDirecta. Scheduled reports go to the email of whoever schedules them, not to other addresses. And the cash flow forecast is based on the due dates of your documents: what you haven’t recorded doesn’t show up. More about reports (in Spanish).
