You decide: stock can go out with the delivery note, the invoice or the order delivery, and come in with the purchase order receipt or the expense. That way the quote → order → delivery note → invoice chain deducts stock only once.

Active lines in your sales orders add to committed stock, and FacturaDirecta calculates availability by subtracting it from physical stock. Incoming stock from your purchase orders also gives you a projection of what you’ll have.

Yes. Set a minimum stock level for each product and you’ll see low-stock products on your home dashboard. When generating purchase orders, FacturaDirecta automatically suggests restocking them.
