Answers to the most common questions about FacturaDirecta invoice templates.

24, each with its own style: from the most understated to the most colourful, with different typefaces, headers and tables. They are all customised the same way: your logo, your colour and your texts.

In any language written in the Latin, Cyrillic or Greek alphabet, with a typeface that has it: if not, we warn you. Labels and e-mail messages come translated into Spanish, Catalan, Basque, Galician, English, French, Portuguese, German and Italian. For other languages you write the texts, and anything you leave empty comes out in the template’s base language.

From each customer’s language: you save it once on their record and their documents come out in that language on their own. If a particular document needs another one, you can change it too. And if the template doesn’t have that language, we let you know and the document prints in the base language.

Yes. Create one template per brand and assign it to its numbering series: documents in that series use it automatically. You can also choose another template on a single document. We explain it in our help centre (in Spanish).

Not automatically: changes apply to new documents and to the ones you generate again, so what you’ve already sent doesn’t change by surprise. If you want the new design on an earlier one, you regenerate it in a moment. More in our help centre (in Spanish).

On an invoice it won’t let you hide what it must carry: number, date, total, issuer and, except on simplified invoices, the customer. And the e-mail body takes text and variables, but not images or logos: your logo goes on the PDF.
