Yes. You can upgrade at any time: the change applies instantly and you only pay the prorated difference. You can downgrade whenever you want and the change applies at your next renewal: you keep everything you have already paid for until the end of the period. And you can cancel at any time — no lock-in, no forms, no need to talk to anyone.
Every plan counts per calendar year: 100 invoices on Free, 2,000 on Bronze, 5,000 on Silver, 12,000 on Gold and unlimited on Diamond. We warn you at 80% and, if you reach the cap, only creating new invoices is blocked (viewing, collecting and sending keep working); upgrading your plan is the way to grow, and the quota starts again on 1 January. Diamond has no quota. Quotes, delivery notes, orders, expenses and payslips have no limit on any plan.
No. FacturaDirecta has no per-user fees: every plan includes unlimited users, and access for your accountant or advisor is free too. Invite whoever you need.
No. Not for the Free plan, and not for the all-inclusive 30-day trial. You only enter a payment method if you decide to subscribe to a plan when the trial ends.
No. Since we don’t ask for a card to try it, we couldn’t charge you even if we wanted to. If you want to continue when your trial is up, then you choose a plan and enter your payment method. You are in full control.
No, prices are shown without VAT. Your subscription invoice applies the current VAT rate (21% in Spain), itemized on the invoice.
Yes. FacturaDirecta wants to support people who do good things, so the app is free for non-profit organizations with social purposes. If that’s your case, contact us and we will activate it.
