FacturaDirecta has a forever Free plan and three paid plans: the Basic Plan costs €12 per month (or €10 per month with annual payment), the Advanced Plan €24 per month (or €20 per month with annual payment) and the Total Plan €48 per month (or €40 per month with annual payment). Prices do not include VAT.
No, prices are shown without VAT. The applicable VAT (21% in Spain) is itemised on your subscription invoice.
The Free plan includes online invoicing with VeriFactu, one-click taxes, basic payments, public API, Zapier integration and webhooks. It is limited to 10 clients and 10 products, and includes 50 trial automatic receipt scans. It is free forever, with no time limit.
The Basic Plan adds digital signature of sales documents, DKIM signature on emails and raises the limits to 100 clients and 25 products. The Advanced Plan includes unlimited clients and products, automatic invoice and receipt scanning, bank feeds, an expense mailbox and payment reconciliation. The Total Plan also adds full online accounting, total reconciliation and custom user roles.
