Answers to the most common questions about users, permissions and security in FacturaDirecta.

As many as you need: users are unlimited on every plan, including Free, and your advisor’s access doesn’t count either. Users and company owner (in Spanish).

Native roles can’t be changed: if you need a different mix of permissions, create a custom role. The company owner can’t have a custom role, and a user’s email can’t be changed: you create another user with the right email. If you run several companies, each person’s access and role are set up separately in each one. And FacturaDirecta doesn’t include clocking in or time tracking. Roles and permissions (in Spanish).

If you sign in with email and password and don’t have an authenticator app, we email you a code; on a personal device you can tick the option not to be asked for 30 days. If you’d rather not depend on email, set up an app compatible with TOTP, such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or 1Password. If you sign in with Google, Google handles the verification. We explain it here (in Spanish).

The Advisor role can view and change every section, just like an administrator, and stands out in the user list. If you only want them to manage the subscription, there’s the Subscription administrator role. And if they work with several companies, they get into all of them with the same user. Yes. The activity log tells you who deleted it and when, and you can also recover it. Activity log (in Spanish).
